Colonel Ajay’s Defence Academy (CADA) is founded by Colonel Ajay Ramakrishnan, Sena Medal (Gallantry), PCC(ICF), MGSCC, Professor of Practice ICFAI University, who is an internationally reputed leadership coach, a gallantry awardee and a commercial pilot. Colonel Ajay would personally oversee the training and mentoring of students.
Commodore Anupum Singh Dhillon (Retd) comes from a family with proud military traditions. He is a helicopter pilot who had a good career as an aviator having commanded a squadron as well as a premier Naval Air Station. He also commanded three ships. Commodore Dhillon graduated from the prestigious Defence Services Staff College and completed his Higher Command Course from the Naval War College.
Colonel Hunny Bakshi, is the founder of the legendary TSD, a super secret covert intelligence organisation. He is an expert on intelligence, information warfare, and has served in several strategic & critical appointments. Bollywood movies like Baby, Aiyari & Special Ops have been inspired by his exploits and adventures.
Group Captain Ram Kumar Ithikkat (Retd) is a second-generation Air Force officer. A graduate of the National Defence Academy, Khadakvasala he was commissioned into the flying branch of Indian Air Force in December 1988. He has flown combat missions in Attack Helicopters in the UN Peace Enforcement Mission in Congo against rebel forces. The Group Captain has been awarded Citations by the Chief of Air Staff twice for his gallantry & bravery.
