OUR FOUNDER & CHIEF MENTOR
Colonel Ajay’s Defence Academy (CADA) is more than an institution; it’s a movement aimed at transforming young aspirants into extraordinary leaders. CADA, as it is popularly known, is founded by Colonel Ajay Ramakrishnan, Sena Medal (Gallantry), PCC(ICF), MGSCC, Professor of Practice ICFAI University, who is an internationally reputed leadership coach, a gallantry awardee and a commercial pilot. Colonel Ajay would personally oversee the training and mentoring of students.
